thank you !! i spent a bit of time trying to figure out how to get that really dim lighting that i wanted - i have a problem with often not making shadows dark enough on a lot of art pieces. i'm glad it paid off !! <3

Great shading on the jacket and skin. You really gave it the misty look that Friday the 13th uses so much.
I don't see stories featuring precolonial Latin-American mythos and aesthetic very often, and you used them really well here. I've studied Chicano studies, Spanish, and American history a fair bit, and it's a real shame the culture isn't expressed more widely because it has so much to offer.

I used to read these comics over and over as a kid, even though I couldn't understand fully 20% of Bill Waterson's material. It was weird slowly picking up on all the nuances and deeper stuff as I got older.
The hapless mortals in the foreground are a nice touch.
