For not using any anatomy reference, this is really good. I'm beginning to realize that lighting is one of the biggest factors in how good an illustration looks, as long as your structure is relatively accurate. The combination of hard and soft edges on the shadows on his cheek especially caught my eye.

You placed the logo on his back pretty well. I don't really know how to make designs on tight clothing follow the contours of the body, so I mostly wind up just winging it.
