Okay, so as a straight guy I can tell that the anatomy of primary focus is NOT the demon's, but goddamn you're good. Such a grotesque blend of muscular and emaciated, combined with that slumped posture. I see a lot of horror anatomy that's inconsistent because it was designed without any planned internal structure, but you can legit see the guy's bone structure under his skin. I really realized it when I noticed the crest of his hip jutting out when he crouches down.

Yeah there were some thumbnails in my youtube recommendations that gave me second thoughts and I'm always skeptical of hype this insane, but I've perfected a strategy of just watching a series while completely ignoring all events in the fanbase. These two look so cute!
