Ok I know this is like 10 years old but I saw this after I clicked on your blender-translation of mich-spich's art, and I just thought it goes insane.
It HAS been a decade, that's crazy fr. lol
I definitely have been slacking on posting on NG, got unhealthily into working BOH food service for like 8 or 9 years, and it basically drained any intensity from my artistic drive away. Like, I've been dabbling the whole time so I don't get rusty, but nothing I've made in so long struck me as worth posting so most of my stuff is old af except food pics on IG and whatnot.
Thanks though!
KICK THEIR ASSES WENDY!
Looking forward to 50-70 more chapters of exceptional quality bullshit!
I also vibe with having the ending done before you post the beginning. It's so frustrating when you see a great creative project and then see that the last post was done 7 years ago. My refusal to start posting any story that I haven't finished is the primary reason why I haven't posted anything literary for the last two years, but at least nobody's disappointed in me for not finishing anything because they'll never know >:3
Maann you gotta show your stuff!
I should've just disappeared for ages and come back with a full 50 chapter series already finished
No.
This is one of the best webcomics I've ever seen on Newgrounds. The amount of effort you put into it is cool enough already. I've taken some screenshots and stuffed them in my hoard of pose and muscle-references, I hope that's okay! You're just really fuckin good at it lmao. I can't believe it hasn't gotten more attention.
aw thank you! im honored for my art to be used as reference in any way so go right ahead lmaoo
OH MY GOD YOU'RE ON NEWGROUNDS TOO!! Bro how did I never notice this lmao
LOL, I've been on here a while. Thanks for noticing!
....something about this doesn't seem right...
Probably nothing :D
ARMS AND LEGS ARE REAL HARD HAVE COURAGE FRIEND. Especially knees and hands, holy SHIT those are a pain. If you're lookin for resources, I heartily recommend Andrew Loomis' book "Figure Drawing for All It's Worth"! The PDF is free online. He's an artist from the 40s and 50s but he knows his stuff and he's helped me a lot.
This guy's arms look pretty good so far tho! His right arm has one too many bumps for the triceps, but on his left arm, the deltoid and bicep look the right size and shape. Good shoulder width too-- it always surprises me how much farther the shoulders go beyond the sides of the chest. One thing to also keep in mind is that the elbows are pretty much at the same level as the navel.
much love for the tips. i was planning on practicing, i will check it out.
Always loved the design of this guy.
